Easy chair yoga level 2 for you to enjoy! If you are able to be a bit more mobile, to get up and hold the chair for some poses, then this class is for you. That being said, there will be some options for anyone who can’t get up.
Be guided through joint mobility exercises, gentle stretches, grounding and strengthening poses. Get that energy moving, breathe and enjoy!
You will need to have a chair with a flat bottom – not an arm chair, easy chair or a chair with wheels. Your chair will also need to have a back, like a kitchen chair.
