Feel Better In Your Body: Moderate Yoga with Ben

A great all round practice to help you feel more comfortable in your body. Start with some hip and shoulder openers before getting your flow on with sun salutes. Give Half Moon balancing pose a try with an extra little flavour!

A strap or belt will be handy for this class.
