Meditation for Stress Relief

These simple meditation techniques gives us a break from the incessant chatter of the mind. We can learn to become a passive observer of the stream of thoughts, emotions and desires which flow through the mind.

So when we are feeling stressed or anxious, rather than getting caught up it them and reacting to them we can learn to stand back and watch them come and go. This will help prevent us from getting swept away by the stream of thoughts.

The yoga mantras we sing are actually not of this world. They are all pure, all purifying, beautiful, ever fresh and they actually have the power to transform your life.

Mantras: Gauranga, Chaitanya, Nityananda
