The practice of Mindfulness Meditation helps one to move through their day with more clarity and awareness. Helping the practitioner to gradually appreciate how to access and use our minds to support our life’s journey.
This 15 minute session includes a fully body scan and relaxation, mantra breathing and mindfulness.
Personally this practice has helped me to kick bad habits like smoking and emotional eating plus helped me to improve my work productivity and interpersonal relationships among so many other things.
