Most of us rely on caffeine hits for a quick pick me up, especially first thing in the morning. How many of us wake up tired or dreading the eight hour day before it even starts. Well here’s a short yoga stretch session that will certainly get your blood circulating and energy level up. Yoga is definitely our saving grace and a great way to start our day, feeling energized, grounded and ready for the day ahead.

15 Minute Morning Tea Flow | Moderate Yoga

A simple, energizing flow you can sneak into your morning tea break! So refreshing for the entire body, especially your shoulders and back, after sitting at your desk for a few hours.

Nothing like a quick yoga workout to keep you going! Carolyn features twists to wake up the spine, hip exercises to relieve tension, and forward folds to help energize the legs. She also sneaks in some core work and grounding standing poses for some strengthening!
