However since putting morning meditation first, it has completely changed my life 🙂 Enjoy this session featuring guided mindfulness, breath awareness, mantra breathing meditation, and sacred kirtan.

This short 20 minutes guided meditation will help you uncover a deeper level of happiness that gives you strength and courage during trying times and is a constant in your life regardless of whether you are in a condition of “unhappiness/distress” or “fleeting temporary happiness.”
Whether we are experiencing temporary happiness or sadness, we can possess a deeper happiness and well-being which has no opposite. This is why such happiness is called transcendental happiness—it transcends the constant changes of material life.
By regular practice of this meditation we can grow a positive and lasting happiness that transcends the constant changes and uncertainties of our lives, especially the impact of this current Covid-19 Pandemic and for any other challenges. Through the simple understanding and appreciation of our true eternal nature and by connecting with our roots we can experience peace, joy and deeper level of stability during these uncertain times.
