Yoga is a phenomenal way to put you in touch with your body the way nothing else can, and yes, it can help you lose weight. In fact even simple breathwork, relaxing stretches to energizing flow are all effective tools to help you lose weight.

In this session we’re going to start by finding awareness through gentle, relaxing stretches and then moving into an energizing flow.Yoga works in different ways to bring about healthy weight.

Yoga for Digestion & Gut Health | 30 Minute Moderate Yoga Flow

In this class we will be exploring how yoga can help build better gut integrity. The health of our digestion and gut is so essential in terms of living a balanced lifestyle. The food we eat, the experiences we take in, the emotional situations in our lives, these all have to be processed in some way. Often when they are not processed in the right way, it’s the gut that gets affected.

If you’re feeling bloated, if you have reflux after your meal etc, these could be signs that your gut health isn’t great.

So how can yoga help with gut health? When we are under a constant state of stress, this can throw our gut balance out. Yoga can help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the relaxation response of our bodies, and this helps us slow down and bring more balance to our bodies, our digestion.

30 Minute Power Vinyasa Flow | Dynamic Yoga

An energizing, expansive Vinyasa flow filmed at the gorgeous Nadia Rainforest Retreat centre, with view of the lush green valleys as far as the eye can see. Ground, balance, breathe and flow with Jamuna in this 30 minute full body dynamic yoga class.

This class starts with centering yoga breathing and arm exercises to warm up the body and help you set an intention for your practice. Then, into beautiful yoga poses to invigorate the spine and wake up the core.

The heart of this class welcomes you to pick up the pace, flow, stregthen through the entire body, and enjoy some dreamy hip openers, fully guided by your breath. Plus – it wouldn’t be complete without some fun, challenging balances!

This 30 minute session finishes up with some calming Gauranga mantra chanting meditation to help you feel energized yet peaceful.
