10 minute Kirtan meditation with family 😀 at Mount Glorious Rain Forest, Brisbane. We went there on Sunday and although it was a really nice family time in nature, it was cold & windy! We somehow managed 10 minutes of happy kirtan, speeding up our tempo to keep our body warm! 😊
