We will share some of the qualities recommended in yoga literatures to help us to be more peaceful and happy. The yoga mantras have the power and potency to cleanse the heart of all the dust accumulated for years. If you chant the mantras regularly, you will begin to experience how it actually helps you to gain insight to your yoga wisdom journey. And for a person who cultivates yoga wisdom, the results are inner peace, respect for others, compassion, freedom from envy, harmonious relationships and so much more.
