This class starts with centering yoga breathing and arm exercises to warm up the body and help you set an intention for your practice. Then, into beautiful yoga poses to invigorate the spine and wake up the core.
The heart of this class welcomes you to pick up the pace, flow, stregthen through the entire body, and enjoy some dreamy hip openers, fully guided by your breath. Plus – it wouldn’t be complete without some fun, challenging balances!
This 30 minute session finishes up with some calming Gauranga mantra chanting meditation to help you feel energized yet peaceful.
