This is practice is suitable for anytime, but particularly if you are feeling lethagic, unmotivated or perhaps you’ve indulged too much! A balanced class with a good mix of balancing and inverted postures to improve your focus and create clarity. So much better than reaching for a chocolate bar!

Listening to Your Intuition Meditation with Kalindi
Sometimes we can clearly hear our intuition and sometimes we can’t. Sometimes we follow that guidance and sometimes we don’t. This meditation will help you to connect more deeply with this, which is known as the Paramatma (or Lord in our Heart) in the yoga system. By regularly immersing ourselves in meditation, our minds become more cleansed and we will be able to more clearly hear that guidance from within.
Strengthen Your Core Strong Flow with Kalindi
Spend some time workshopping chaturanga through to upward dog before heading into a series of sun salutes. This flow is perfect for getting a bit of sweat up whilst strengthen your core. Finish off with a series of seating and reclined postures before heading into savasana and a soothing kirtan meditation.
