This is the perfect video to get some gentle movement into your day, release tension, breathe and increase mobility. Also great for moving the joints and getting energy flowing through the body!
You will need to have a chair with a flat bottom – not an arm chair, easy chair or a chair with wheels. Your chair will also need to have a back, like a kitchen chair.
