A 40 minute flow through yoga poses that will challenge you to balance and breathe. Balancing poses are great for releasing tension, increasing focus, and building strength & stability.
For this class you might like to be positioned near a wall or have a block/book that you can reach out for in case you need it. You might also like a cushion to sit on.
Lower Back Tune Up: Moderate Yoga with Kalindi
Often we experience lower back discomfort and for me, it was from my desk job. Yoga asana can help us to manage this discomfort by working on hip and leg flexibility, core strength and improved posture.

Release deep seated hip tension with a variety of hip opening poses and be a little curious as we try out the splits! Plus explore some back bends like dancer’s pose and bridge. Finish your practice with savasana and meditation to bring immense peace to your heart.

A great all round practice to help you feel more comfortable in your body. Start with some hip and shoulder openers before getting your flow on with sun salutes. Give Half Moon balancing pose a try with an extra little flavour!
