Easy Stretching Exercises for Beginners | 20 Minute Yoga

This 20 minute express stretching routine can be done anytime of the day – first thing in the morning when you need a bit of waking up to ward off muscle tightness, as an afternoon pick me up, or as a way to wind down after a long day.

With a big focus on full yoga breathing to guide you and help you let go of tension, this class opens with gentle shoulder and arm stretches, moving into opening side bends and spine stretches to help relieve back pain.

And of course, nothing feels better in a stretch class than some beautiful twists and hip openers. Whether you spend your day sitting at a desk or running around, you will feel the benefits of giving some love to your back, neck, shoulders and hips. Finishing up this 20 minute class with some yoga nidra and mantra meditation, you will feel better than ever!
