Evening Stretch & Relax | Bedtime Yoga

You can even do this soothing evening yoga session in bed! This is a luxurious 50 minute practice, perfect for an extra special night time self-care routine after those long, stressful days.

The best part – this class is mostly lying down 😉 incorporating gentle twists, hip and hamstring stretches, and breathing to help you let go of pent up tension and truly relax.

Finish off with mantra meditation and you will be ready for a restful night of sleep!

This is 20 minutes of mindfulness and mantra meditation goodness! Mindfulness offers us freedom from the restless, turbulent mind. It’s such a powerful tool for becoming less reactive to the thoughts, emotions, etc in the mind. It also helps us with clarity and introspection.

After practicing mindfulness, Krishna Chaitanya dasi guides you through beautiful Gauranga mantra breathing meditation, helping to quiet the mind even more. This 20 minute class ends with heartwarming kirtan or chanting meditation to soothe the soul.
