We will share some of the qualities recommended in yoga literatures to help us to be more peaceful and happy. By cultivating those qualities we are able to live a life of greater contentment, have lasting harmonious relationships with our family and associates and find simplicity.

Liar Liar!
Most individuals have some sort of bad habit(s). But should we allow ourself to identify others or even our own self with such habits? Just because an individual has a tendency to not tell the truth ,or drink alcohol to excess or steal should that label a person as a liar, an alcoholic a thief ? Or should we delve a little deeper?
