Morning Meditation | Transform Your Life

Gayatri will lead you through the next 20 minutes of meditation, incorporating breath retention, Japa meditation, Mindfulness, Kirtan Meditation and Yoga Wisdom.

Starting off with breath retention, which is a really relaxing breath, when our exhales are longer than inhales, it triggers the relaxation response. Leaving our mind and more more relaxed before moving into our mindfulness meditation and kirtan meditation.
