Through our daily practice of meditation we’re able to have clarity and experience a peaceful daily life through all the storms of life. Like the weather at the moment, things are changing rapidly so our meditation can keep us grounded and steady.

Short Guided Meditation for Eternal Spiritual Peace
Meditation for Eternal Spiritual Peace
“These transcendental sounds are the resting place for our hearts and our minds. By placing ourselves in the proximity of the eternal we find the protection that we are seeking and in this condition we experience complete fearlessness. We may not know it or admit it but all of us are seeking this perfect foundation where we have nothing to lose, we have nothing to fear and we experience perfect peacefulness or what is known as Shanti.” – Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda Paramahamsa
Improve Your Daily Emotions with Meditation
It’s not uncommon to witness the calmest and collected individual go from happy and serene to high-strung and tense within just a few minutes. While moodiness is a big part of the human condition, without some control over these mood swings, personal and professional relations can become more strained.
When feeling tense and uneasy, it’s much easier to let the smallest external pressures or internal grievances spark a bad mood. Meditation is one the simplest and fastest ways to set yourself up for a better day.
Meditation for Mental Health
Mental Health Week is an annual, national event that aims to improve community awareness and interest in mental health and wellbeing. I had the opportunity to share some effective meditation practices to experience calmness, inner peace and clarity at Brisbane Mental Health Expo.

Everyday Meditation to Stay Present & Grounded
How important is having a daily meditation practice? The practice of staying present and mindful can have numerous benefits on our mental and physical well-being. Yet, many of us don’t meditate every day? We’re always have some excuses for not doing it, “I’m too busy, too tired, dont’ feel like it or don’t have time.” Sounds familiar right?
Finding some time each day to meditation, even 10 – 20minutes, is better than no meditation at all. And the thing about meditation is that we experience greater benefits when we repeat the practice frequently and consistently.
